The Council for Medical Schemes (CMS) recently released a survey which allows for medical scheme members to provide their preferences when consenting to the COVID-19 vaccine.  Some of the questions allows a member to comment on their co-morbidities, their understanding of the vaccines and where they would like to get the vaccine, amongst other preferences.

As your independent advisor, we encourage all medical scheme members to participate in the survey, to demonstrate support for the vaccine.

Participation is voluntary. All data will be kept confidential and will remain anonymous.
