QUALIFICATIONS, COMPETENCY AND EXPERIENCE

• BComm (Accounting) with completed articles
• CA(SA) will be advantageous
• 5 years post articles experience in a senior financial role
• Previous management experience
• Sage Accounting experience will be advantageous
• Psiber payroll experience will be advantageous.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITY

• Financial Reporting including management accounts / audited AFS
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Preparation and monitoring of monthly cashflows
• Communicate any cash constraints to management including finance week
• Commission recons and collections within agreed timelines
• Turnover/Commission/Profitability tracking
• Risk Management (PI, D&O, Cyver, Commercial Crime and General Insurance)
• Support company secretary with CIPC changes including submitting annual returns
• Supplier management e.g. office automation, telephony, SLAs
• Debtor Management and invoicing
• Creditor & expense management
• Banking profile maintenance & related companies
• Tax management and optimisation
• Tender pricing and reporting writing
• Transactional banking & investments
• Procurement management including POs
• Payroll and employee onboarding, including ESS, COS calculations
• Employee benefit and process standardisation
• Travel/expense reimbursements
• Business travel management
• B-BBEE accreditation and expense management including employment equity tracking
• Leave & exit management
• Tax and legal management.
