Tertiary / Qualifications:

  • Matric
  • RE (Advantage)
  • Worked in the Short Term Industry for minimum two years – (Advantage)

New Business

  • Obtain quotations from various Insurance Companies on behalf of Sales Team
  • Check the quotes to ensure information is correct on the quotes before sending it to the Sales Team
  • Prepare Comparison Sheet and send to Sales Team
  • Follow up on outstanding quotes with insurers and ensure insurers adhere to the Turn Around Times as per SLA
  • Provide feedback to insurers as/ and when quotes NTU / Accepted
  • Create new folder on Volume and ensure all communication is saved


  • Prepare Border Letters
  • Prepare Insurance Certificates
  • Prepare and send Unpaid Notifications to clients
  • Obtain Renewal Terms from Insurers on behalf of the Broker
  • Prepare Renewal Packs for the Broker
  • Assist the Team with policy endorsements
  • Ensure all communication is saved on in-house systems


  • Assist the team with general queries
  • Obtain detailed messages from in coming calls / clients / suppliers and ensured information is passed onto Team / Brokers
  • Strict Adherence to our SOP and General code of conduct
